(Carcinoid heart disease in a patient with primary ovarian carcinoid)

چکیده

Karcinoidové srdeční onemocnění je souhrnné označení pro všechna srdce, která vznikají v důsledku působení neurohumorálních látek produkovaných karcinoidem. Ve většině případů se jedná o poškození pravostranných srdečních chlopní, dominantně insufi cienci trikuspidální chlopně, a vede k pravostrannému srdečnímu selhávání. U menší části pacientů, přibližně do 10 %, může postihovat i mitrální aortální chlopeň. V prezentované kazuistice uvádíme případ pacientky s diagnózou raritního primárního karcinoidu ovaria, klinicky přítomným karcinoidovým syndromem, včetně postižení to netypickou formou komplexního pravo- levostranného také rychlou klinickou progresí onemocnění.
